The Role:

As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you will be at the centre of their operations, delivering accurate and timely reports to support client relationships. You will be instrumental in refining their reporting processes and driving efficiencies in data management.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the timely and precise delivery of complex client reports with a focus on accuracy.
  • Generating and providing ad-hoc financial data to support internal teams and partners.
  • Documenting and enhancing client reporting processes, identifying opportunities for improvements while ensuring compliance with data accuracy and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver effective Management Information to clients.
  • Working closely with various departments to develop and enhance reporting requirements for clients.
  • Providing customised reporting solutions to new and existing clients, offering practical ideas and delivering results.
  • Coordinating with the Finance Team on improvements, training, and feedback to ensure accurate data outputs.
  • Creating new reports and managing their integration into the existing reporting suite.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their reporting needs, proposing solutions, and maintaining a professional communication style.
  • Partnering with IT Developers to design, develop, test, and implement enhancements.
  • Participating in projects and initiatives related to the delivery of Client Management Information.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Exceptional attention to detail to minimise errors common in spreadsheet work.
  • Strong skills in data organisation and management, including proficient use of Pivot Tables within Excel.
  • Expertise in advanced Excel functions such as INDEX(MATCH), VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and SUMIFS for data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Ability to present data effectively through compelling visualisations, including the use of Power BI.
  • Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Professional credibility and effective communication skills.
