Job Title: Administrator
Location: Victoria, Westminster
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Pay: £12-13phr
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 2 months temporary
- Working Pattern: Part Time, 2-3 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing and maintaining office documents, including filing and data entry
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Organising and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Coordinating and supporting special projects and events
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked
- Assisting with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Skills:
- Proven experience in general administration
- Having worked for a tech company or team before
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Friendly and professional demeanour
