Salary: £27,109.16 Per annum pro rata (£14.09 per hour)

Holiday: Holiday starts at 25 days rising to 30 days based on length of service

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator. Reporting into the Head of Operations, the purpose of the role is to provide overall processing and administrative support to the HR department.
The main purpose of the role will be to support in the HR function of the organisation, providing an efficient and effective service whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Skills Required:
- Within your role you will combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- You will have strong communication skills with internal and external professionals and have the ability to problem solve
- Demonstrate and set high standards of personal and professional behaviour
- NVQ/Diploma level 3 in Human Resources or level 3 in skills for business Studies or equivalent
- Strong in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and professional business letters
