Description
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinating and completing annual audits.
- Meeting financial accounting objectives.
- Establishing and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Managing and liaising with stakeholders on financial matters.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A relevant accreditation (ACA,ACCA,CIMA).
- Exposure in a property/construction environment (project/CIS)
