Part Time Revenue Coordinator

Are you a dedicated and detailed oriented administrator with experience in a mental health setting? If so, join Arbury Court as a Revenue Coordinator. You will be working 20 hours per week. (Fixed Term 12 months)

You will be crucial in ensuring the revenue for Arbury Court is maximised by liaising with funders, ensuring EPC, F2 and AS forms are submitted in a timely manner. You will be working closely with the Revenue Coordination team to ensure all enhanced packages of care are submitted to maximise revenue.

As a Revenue Coordinator you will be:

  • Ensuring that the patient's clinical record is updated throughout the process so that the latest information is available electronically.
  • Assisting in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems.
  • Maintaining any records as may from time to time be specified to support tasks being carried out or allow monitoring of tasks.
  • Updating the funders on a monthly basis with the clinical rational for ongoing funding of enhanced care packages.
  • Updating weekly the Welsh CCAPS system adding incidents and care reviews. To also add the performance indicators and levels of care data monthly.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Knowledge of the CPA and national guidelines
  • Experience of administration/office systems
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English)
  • Word Processing qualification

Where you will be working

Location: Townfield Lane, Winwick, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 8TR

You will be working at Arbury Court, a service that provides care and treatment for women in differing levels of security, enabling clear care pathways and a positive patient experience.

You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team focusing on medium, low Secure and psychiatric intensive care PICU) for women, over the age of 18, with Personality Disorder and Mental Illness. The treatment approach at Arbury Court which is rehabilitation and recovery dictates that care is ‘person-centred' as opposed to ‘disease-centred'. A fantastic achievement by the team at Arbury Court was the ‘Outstanding' award in the 2016 CQC report.
