As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all inbound calls, ensuring that our customers receive accurate information to help them make informed decisions about their financial future.

About You:
- You have a genuine passion for interacting with people and possess a natural inclination to help and support others.
- You are a University graduate ideally with a relevant degree.
- Customer Service experience would be a big plus.
