About the Role

As a key member of our dynamic ROOT team (Reporting, Optimization, Operations and Technology), you will play a crucial role in the strategic execution of digital campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will involve setting up, managing and analyzing campaigns across various channels, utilising our cutting-edge DSP and Adserver technology to drive efficient and effective programmatic advertising strategies. Join us in revolutionizing the digital marketing landscape and delivering unparalleled results for our clients.

A typical day

  • Collaborate with media owners and planners to ensure tags are received and tested for accurate campaign deployment.
  • Assist in planning, setting up, and monitoring programmatic campaigns via our in-house DSP.
  • Assist the ROOT team to ensure our campaigns are delivered as planned with minimal discrepancies between publisher's statements and our ad server.
  • Liaising with the media buyers/planners and media owners to ensure continued campaign optimisation.
  • Work closely with our brand safety partner to ensure all guidelines are followed and adhered to.
  • Assist in compiling detailed campaign performance reports, both client-specific and utilizing our in-house visualisation platform.

You must have

  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent

Skills Needed

  • Numerical and Technical Aptitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills- both written and verbal.
  • Hunger for personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to pick things up and implement them quickly.
  • Ability to work at pace.
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • An interest in Media is preferred but not essential to apply.
