Position: Construction Supervisor

Location: Inverness and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Role Overview:

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential construction sites
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, ideally with residential new builds
  • Strong background in joinery is highly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites
