My client are a leading IT Managed Services provider with a big focus on the Education sector. Trading since 1983, they are a well-established, growing business that puts an emphasis on employee value and development. Due to ongoing growth and success they have an immediate requirement for a proven 2nd Line Support Engineer.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer will have a proven It Services background with a broad range of proven technical skills acros technology such as Windows, MAC OS, O365, Exchange, Azure, Sharepoint, Intune, Routing, switching, Firewalls. Alongside the technical skills the 2nd Line Support Engineer will have a Proven track record of excellence
be a creative thinker and problem solver that is able to assess and solve problems proficiently whilst remaining calm and composed under pressure. It is also essential that this person is an excellent communicator.

This is a Hybrid role operating 3 days in the office (North London) and 2 days working from home.
