Recruitment Sector - Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with existing relationships with recruitment agencies or large project companies.

We are looking for a self motivated individual who can leverage their relationships with either recruiters or large companies, to sell our services (back office support, such as compliance checks, payroll etc).

We are a dynamic group, with a vibrant staff community, who is looking to expand our team with someone who can work remotely.

As you will work remotely, communication is key, keeping us up to date with who you are targetting and the deal pipeline.

Working hours can be flexible, as we are result driven. If you are able to meet your targets while working part time then we will encourage this. The ideal candidate may already have a role, or run their own business (we frequently find that the best BDMs have their own small agency) and as such we are accomodating of flexible working.
