Description
- Manage and oversee the entire payroll function
- Responsible for dealing with all aspects of multiple payrolls
- Dealing with monthly, weekly and hourly members of staff
- Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting and filing requirements
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team
- Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
- Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Direct the preparation of payroll related documents
- Compile data from payroll sources
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager
