Marketing is Marketing, right? Not when it's Marketing for SEA LIFE! Prepare for a world of glittering scales, humongous tentacles, and razor-sharp teeth. A world of gliding and pinching and snapping. Dive in by applying today!

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you'll work with the Gateway - Rest of UK marketing team to co-create marketing strategy and develop annual marketing plans, achieving budgeted visitation and revenue for the following attractions - SEA LIFE Weymouth, SEA LIFE Brighton, SEA LIFE Great Yarmouth and SEA LIFE Hunstanton.

This is a generalist marketing role based at either SEA LIFE Weymouth or SEA LIFE Brighton with some regular travel to the sites you look after - from Norfolk to East Sussex to the Dorset coast, depending on where you're based. With a wide remit covering all aspects of the marketing mix, this is definitely a role to sink your marketing teeth (and experience) into!

You'll orchestrate a fine-tuned mix of activity that includes above the line advertising, digital and social media, PR and promotions. You'll drive awareness, visitation and ultimately budgeted revenue and profit, via several channels including consumer, trade, events and schools. You'll also work with the Insights Manager to understand data supplied on visitor profiling and local markets to support internal business decisions and better understand customer needs and wants.

This is an opportunity to really take ownership of your marketing plans from end to end and be innovative and creative yet drive real business results. Results you can sense-check and see for yourself by walking out of your office door every single day.

This is a full-time permanent role, predominantly Monday to Friday. But you'll need to be flexible with regards to occasional weekend and bank holiday work, as well as some early starts or late finishes to support marketing and PR activity as and when required.
