Reed is working with a market leading software development company who are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join their team.
We are looking for an organised and driven administrator, with a keen sense of business and professionalism.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, with a focus on business support and operational duties.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administration effectively and contributing to the growth of the business, in the UK and internationally.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Support internal events, communications, and the sales process.
- Respond efficiently to client support tickets.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis.
- Manage incoming support calls and collaborate with colleagues for ticket allocation.
- Arrange travel for senior staff and manage diaries.
- Coordinate external communications to clients.
- Oversee internal newsletter and Intranet content.
- Organise and support internal meetings with documentation and facilities as required.
- Manage data processing.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as needed.
- Produce management reports for HR and finance teams.
- Process and generate invoices.
- Handle payment transactions.
- Manage the customer database, including contact details, mail shots, and pricing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in the IT, tech, or professional services sectors.
- An organised, innovative, and deadline-driven attitude, with excellent attention to detail and literacy skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work independently.
- Proficient in customer relationship management through effective communication and service provision.
- Sound understanding of MS Office.
