**Role and Responsibilities:
As a Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning and curiosity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, assess, and support the educational journey of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to foster strong partnerships.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the school community.
**What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must be a UK qualified teacher.
- Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
- Adaptability: Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, to effectively engage with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Experience: Preferably with experience in primary education, though talented ECTs are welcome to apply.
