Are you an experienced Warehouse Operator who has previously worked with dangerous goods? Are you available immediately?
Reed is working with a local client seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the team on a temp to perm basis. Working hours are 8:30am - 5pm. You will temp for 4weeks - 6months with the potential to move to a full-time contract for the right person.
The Role:
- Coordinate collection of orders with customers / Freight forwarders.
- Produce required export documentation
- Liaise with the sales and warehouse teams
- Prepare orders for collection
- Despatch orders with forwarders (DHL, TNT, DPD, FEDEX, UPS)
- Monitor Urgent orders.
- Finalise shipments
- Monitor emails
- Check shipments
- Prepare dangerous good declarations
- Produce airway bills and collection documents with freight
