Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the sale, purchase, and transfer of residential properties from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft precise legal documents, and handle all necessary correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing queries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 1-3 PQE
- Proven track record in handling a variety of cases
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
