Sales Negotiator

Location: Sloane Square

Department: Sales Negotiator

Salary Details: £24,200 + performance bonus + benefits

About The Role

If you are ambitious, people-orientated and looking to build a sales career in one of the UK's most dynamic and fast-paced industries, then look no further. We are hiring exceptional people to join our top performing teams across Sales, Lettings, and New Homes & Investments.

As a Sales Negotiator, no two days are ever the same. You will divide your time between our dynamic café-style offices and being out and about on viewings, showing some of the most exquisite properties on the market.

You will build relationships with buyers, tenants, and investors to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements and once an applicant has found their dream property, you will oversee the entire negotiation process and be responsible for keeping all parties updated on the full transaction cycle.

There is no doubt that this is a consultative sales career where your personality, knowledge, and work ethic will determine your success.

About You

Aside from a strong work ethic, a positive mindset, and the willingness to learn and develop, the only requirement to be considered for this opportunity is a valid UK or EU driving licence. If you think you tick all these boxes, we want to hear from you!
