Permanent opportunity - Base salary of up to £33,000
Hybrid Working - Central Leeds
As Real-Time Analyst you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising the performance of operations in real-time, monitoring data as it is generated, making quick decisions based on that data, and ensuring that operations run smoothly without any interruptions.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Keep a close eye on real-time data to ensure our operations are running smoothly. Detect and address any anomalies or issues as they arise
- Oversee all telephony-related activities, including setup, configuration, and onboarding of new users
- Adjust resource allocation based on real-time demands and requirements
- Use your analytical skills to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with various teams to provide insights and support, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed
- Generate timely and accurate reports to keep stakeholders informed of key performance metrics and developments
What we are looking for:
- Real time experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data monitoring and reporting
- Ability to think on your feet and tackle problems head-on in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in using analytical tools and software.
- Experience with real-time monitoring systems is a plus
