Duties
- To manage a Nationwide portfolio of properties
- Liaise with the corporate clients t
- Updating clients on progress at key stages
- Providing regular reports and updates to the Personal representatives (PR's)
- Ad-Hoc Admin
- Customer Service
Qualifications
- Outstanding levels of customer service
- Accurate record keeping and note taking
- Maintaining performance within our agreed service level agreements
- Active management of cases to provide both the PR's and the client with the smoothest possible service
- IT literate with reasonable typing speed
- Customer care experience
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5:30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00 per year
