This opening is ideal for a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to move upwards into management or a current Branch/ Divisional Manager looking for autonomy to build their own branch from a warm start.
Our client already service the Glasgow and greater Glasgow area and have an office in East Kilbride currently being managed by the Regional Manager. They are looking to transfer existing client accounts to the Branch Manager to grow, develop and maintain along with the Branch Manager working alongside a Regional Business Development Manager to secure further industrial client accounts to enable you to grow a team and branch around you.
Applicants must have 360 experience working within industrial recruitment, but won't be expected to operate on their own. You'll have support from day 1 from a business development specialist as well as a long-standing weekday on-call service to assist you in out of ours bookings and an experienced Regional Manager to work alongside you in developing the team.
All applicants must have a valid UK drivers licence and the ability to work Monday - Friday in the office in East Kilbride.
