Property Administrator

Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading property management company based in Bath, in their search for a Property Administrator to join their team.

You will be providing key administrative assistance for a portfolio of properties ensuring that a high level of service is given to all tenants. We are open to experience for this role, key is someone who has a positive and proactive approach and demonstrates a passion for the property industry.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of properties which are to be marketed for let, ensuring that client, company, and statutory requirements are always met.
  • Collect and verify void data to ensure the property management system accurately reflects all actions taken..
  • Processing referencing paperwork, preparing tenancy agreements, and managing move-ins and move-outs.
  • Check and pay council tax and utility invoices in relation to void properties.
  • Ensure all compliance matters are up to date, and manage any compliance matters due, ensuring the database is up to date.
  • Review check-in/inventory and check-out data, as well as reviewing check-in/out information.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Letting Agents and internal colleagues to ensure smooth processes.
  • Resolving all queries and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Answering maintenance calls and escalating when required.
  • Guaranteeing Health & Safety requirements are met at all times whilst identifying, mitigating and reporting all risks to the Line Manager.
  • Monitor all allocated properties, review strategies and make recommendations where necessary.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties to support the client and portfolio and ensure all electric, gas and water meter readings are recorded correctly on the database.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous administration/office experience is advantageous however, we are open to different backgrounds
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of people
  • Demonstrable interest in the Property sector
  • Passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Motivated, driven, and hardworking individual who has a can-do attitude
