We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Development Manager to join an exciting skincare brand. Salary is £60-66k

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Alongside the Brand Director, oversee the total Brand Strategy rollout for 1-2 years
- Brand performance tracking, looking at regional insights for global performance
- Maintaining brand consistency across all channels
- Support the development of the brand & categories, including - category ownership, strategy rollout, commercial tracking, portfolio planning, NPD projects
- Lead the management of the brand portfolio, identifying the key needs and gaps, from inception to ideation and concept
- Oversee all NPD projects
- Management of 2 x Brand Managers and 1 x Junior Brand Manager
ABOUT YOU
- 8+ years Brand Management experience is essential
- People / team management experience is essential
- Beauty / Skincare background is highly desirable
- Commercially minded and strategic approach
- Experienced in developing product concepts through to market delivery
