We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our new B2B Ecommerce team. You will drive technical leadership, foster a culture of ownership, and support engineers' growth. Your role includes delivering product roadmaps in an Agile environment, working closely with engineers, product managers, and scrum masters.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers using C#, React (NextJS), and a microservice-based architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Mentor engineers, manage performance, and promote professional development.
- Maintain and enhance a robust technical platform.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Skills and Experience:
- Strong engineering leadership with Agile experience.
