Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers, assisting with lesson preparation, delivery, and evaluation.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support as needed.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualised learning plans for students with special educational needs.
- Support students during exams and assessments, providing encouragement and assistance as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with children and young people is essential.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and respond effectively to changing situations.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning activities.
