Our client is a reputable insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are recruiting NQ-5 PQE Catastrophic Loss Lawyers to join their complex injury team. There are multiple vacancies across the North West and the firm offers hybrid working. The firm is open to full-time or part-time hours.

Your new role
This Catastrophic Loss Lawyer role will see you assisting partners on high-value, complex catastrophic personal injury cases valued in excess of £100,000. Files will include brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatal claims. You will work closely with a number of international insurer clients, providing them with regular updates.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor/chartered legal executive with 0-5 years PQE. Applicants from defendant backgrounds are preferable. Strong claimant applicants may also be considered. Previous experience of multi-track personal injury or catastrophic injury cases is essential. Applicants must have assisted on catastrophic injury cases valued at £250,000+. Experience of indemnity, liability and quantum is essential.
