Full Time/Part Time – Maternity Cover
Salary: £30,000 to £46,525 per annum (FTE)

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a passionate and inspiring Teacher of English to fulfil a maternity cover position at a Secondary School based in Romsey.
The school is a high attaining comprehensive school, who are committed to high quality, inclusive education. As the English teacher, you will be creative, inspiring and passionate about teaching and learning, as well as a motivated team player who is committed to getting the best out of pupils. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner, delivering lessons that engage, challenge, motivate and inspire children to succeed, and work collaboratively with all members of the school community.
This is a Full Time Maternity Cover position starting in September 2024.
For this role, you will be/will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status and degree in relevant subject or equivalent
- A passion for the subject and able to keep pupils engaged
- Available on a full time, long term basis
