Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Cash Management - Oversee daily cash flow, manage bank transactions, and prepare cash reports for the management board.
  • Payments Processing - Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments for UK and European entities, adhering to strict internal controls.
  • Financial Reporting - Maintain cash books, process journals, complete bank reconciliations, and support regulatory and contractual reporting requirements.
  • Liquidity Management - Assist with fund movements to maintain liquidity within pre-determined limits.
  • Foreign Exchange (FX) Maintenance - Circulate FX rates and support FX risk management activities.

As Treasury Assistant, this role will require numerical precision with attention to detail. An affective team player and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Able to demonstrate initiative, proactively identify and implement process improvements with a positive approach and an aptitude to challenge, with a can-do mindset. Proficient in Excel, with strong ERP and financial ledger system experience. A background in treasury or settlements and/or accountancy will be a distinct advantage but not a prerequisite.
