Administration Assistant

Are you the kind of person who doesn't need to be asked twice? Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to work in the Installation Team. The ideal candidate will be super organised, deadline-driven, and have experience dealing with, and organising, computer systems and databases. This is a very varied admin role with your duties including; updating and maintaining the company CRM, taking and forwarding on calls for company members, and proofreading documents, speaking to installation partners and sending out invoices. As such you need to have a high attention to detail, and have a calm and methodical approach in order to stay on top of tasks and anticipate issues.

This is a great role for a highly organised individual with an analytical way of thinking to join a friendly and collaborative team. The role is a hybrid role with flexibility in when you come into the office. Join this highly energetic, friendly and fun team!
