Site Income Analyst

Role Overview

Property Management are seeking to employ a Site Income Analyst to join their team and complete all aspects of site income reconciliations. The role of the Site Income Analyst requires problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent attention to detail around Risk and Control. The CA team currently manage circa 100 site income reconciliations and process daily requests as well as assist in the resolution of site income queries and movement of cash. In this role you will have the autonomy to own the reconciliation process, working with problem owners on unreconciled income and bring new ideas to the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of Site Income
  • Obtain income reports from managed sites
  • Reconcile the site income in bank to the reports from site
  • Deal with any discrepancies between income expected Vs received
  • Escalate non Compliance to appropriate stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to the wider business working alongside Compliance
  • Monitor cash handling income volumes in accordance with Compliance Team Instructions
  • Act as main point of contact for the mobilisation team onboarding new sites
  • Comply with internal and client led KPI's

Key Skills

  • Intermediate knowledge or above of MS Office with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • A team player but can also work on own initiative taking responsibility for own workload
  • Willingness to learn and welcome opportunities for training and development
  • Able to work to deadlines whilst achieving a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Understands organisational purpose, activities, aims, values and vision

  • Good interpersonal skills as well as excellent time management and communication skills

Team Overview

The role sits within the Central Finance team of Savills Property Management working alongside Billing, Banking, Credit Control, Reconciliation and Control and Payments. This is a new role and is stand alone, you will have the autonomy to own the process and make suggestions for improvements. You will work closely with the Compliance team as well as the CA and Mobilisation teams ensuring risk and control policies are adhered to. The role will initially report to the AR Manager
