Elevation Recruitment Business Support are exciting to be exclusively recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for our client in the Construction Industry. This is fully remote fixed term contract for 12 months.

- £28,000-£35,000 PA
To be successful in this role of Customer Care Coordinator you will :
- Be responsible for providing excellent customer service putting the customer experience at the forefront of your work.
- You will have an excellent understanding of NHBC Buildmark Warranty, tolerances and liability
- Have experience working within the construction sector
- You will be confident on the phone with Customers. Contractors and HA's
- Experience of Clixfix is an advantage but not essential
It is essential in this role that you will have experience within Construction or New build Housing
Ideally you will be available immediately or available at a short notice. You will be self motivated, have an excellent eye for detail and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package.
