Description
- Manage and oversee the daily financial operations of the accounting department.
- Track the organisations Financial status and performance
- Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's financial strategy.
- Prepare and present financial reports and risk assessments with areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Day to day line management of the Finance Team
- Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Engage with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Prepare annual Budgets in conjunction with the CEO
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified / QBE
- Proficiency in financial management software.
