Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily financial operations of the accounting department.
  • Track the organisations Financial status and performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of the organisation's financial strategy.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and risk assessments with areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Day to day line management of the Finance Team
  • Ensure compliance with national and international financial regulations.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare annual Budgets in conjunction with the CEO

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified / QBE
  • Proficiency in financial management software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
