The Role
Due to ongoing growth, the business is now on the lookout for an Events & Marketing Manager to be responsible for the design and delivery of their external and internal events programme, helping them to achieve their ambitious growth plans. Responsibilities are broad and include:
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Being a key figure when planning upcoming and future events – sharing ideas and insights
- Working closely with the wider Marketing and Brand teams to ensure consistency and strategy alignment
- Managing and delivering a busy events schedule & ensuring an excellent experience for the company's clients and customers
- Developing relationships with key suppliers & enhancing future event delivery efficiency
- Producing and analysing key sets of data to better individual and department performance
- Utilising existing and future tech systems to improve attendee engagement
- Planning and executing internal events
- Line management and development of the team
- Onsite management of events
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will offer a broad events and marketing skill set and will preferably have experience working for a financial services business, creating event strategies that align with company objectives. With the events and marketing team continuing to grow, people management experience in this role is an important element, therefore management experience is required. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering corporate events and be open and willing to travel for the role as onsite management of the events is key.
