Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £26,500 per year
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Job details: Permanent, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, onsite parking, health & wellbeing services, development opportunities
Customer Service Advisor - Main Duties:
- Responding to Customer calls and emails efficiently
- Handling customer enquiries in a timely manner, in line with SLAs
- Using Excel to input data and complete documentation
Customer Service Advisor - Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail and organised approach
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Calm under pressure
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
