Financial Planning Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Financial Planning Administrator to join a successful financial company on a permanent basis. This role will involve supporting the financial planners and will be best suited for someone who thrives working within a team.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience with the ability to meet tight deadlines, and problem solve.

Key Duties:

  • Manage client documents and recommendation reports
  • Administer client pensions and investments
  • Manage and coordinate annual client reviews
  • Liaise with product providers and key partners
  • Keep up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Arrange client meetings and appointments
  • Deal with existing client queries and new business enquiries
  • Communicate with clients and third party service providers
  • Ensure that client, policy and adviser fee information are maintained and kept up to date
  • Manage client data within the back office system
  • Prepare accurate documents for client meetings
  • Act as main point of contact for potential and existing clients
