About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our, Nottingham-based, Central FP&A team in No7 Beauty Company. As part of the FP&A team, you will be crucial for providing clear, high-quality reporting, analysis and insight to the business to ensure clarity and alignment of in year performance, financial forecasts and budgets and 3YP.
What you'll need to have
You will sit within the No7BC and gives you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of our business, giving a opportunity for career development within Boots and No7BC. Working in the Central FP&A team, you will report into the Finance Manager Central FP&A - No7BC & focuses on:
- Support month end and quarterly finance deliverables as required by business, including, but not exclusively related to P&L and Cash Flow forecasting (entity focussed) and financial system requirementsSupport financial planning processes (in year performance, financial forecasts, budget & 3YP) in a collaborative manner seeking input and engaging wider finance and key business partners to ensure rigorous and robust financial planningProvide technical support to the team in production on monthly packs and adhoc analysis for key stakeholders including CFO, Group teams and wider business including providing clear and insightful reporting on the variances, trends and drivers impacting performanceProvide quality information to support decision making by the Directors of the businessProvide finance support as required for critical projects within the business that impact financial reportingDriving efficiencies and automation in financial reporting into the businessResponsibility to ensure governance/adherence to our control environment including SOX
What you'll need to have
- Part Qualified, Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent is a preferenceExcellent communication and relationship-building leadership skillsExperienced in analytics with commercial acumen to generate insight from various data sources
