Our ever-growing client and are looking for a forward thinking and personable individual to join their Operations team. You will work within their bright and spacious offices in Gloucester on a Maternity Cover contract with a likely duration of 10 months.
Reporting to the Operations Director your main responsibility will be to manage the planning and organisation of conferences, exhibitions, road shows and other member-facing events. To be considered you must have some previous events management experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of business and social event venues, conference exhibitions, event scheduling & publicity, event suppliers & budgets, event reporting and delegate management.
- To manage the planning and organisation of on-site and online member training courses via the Learning Management System (LMS).
- To manage the planning, scheduling and organisation of ad hoc projects as required, under the direction of the Operations Director and/or Senior Leadership Team.
- To offer advice, guidance support to members as required.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Hours: 3 days per week, 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break), NO weekends
Salary: Up to £31k pro rata depending on experience
