Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee all facets of bar operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment upkeep.
- Formulate strategies to boost sales and profitability while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and lead bar staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and swiftly address any issues to maintain exemplary service standards.
- Supervise beverage preparation to guarantee consistency in taste and presentation.
- Work in tandem with the kitchen team to devise innovative drink menus that pair well with our culinary offerings.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to continually enhance the customer experience with fresh and appealing bar features.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Bar Manager role within the hospitality sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of bar operations, including expert knowledge in drink preparation and mixology.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
