HR Administrator

REED HR are working with our Kingston based client in recruiting an HR Administrator with a strong background within systems and Excel on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the HR Team this role delivers a wide range of administrative HR tasks as well as implementing of a new HR system.

  • Intermediate - Advanced Excel
  • Background in HR System use and/or implementation
  • Maintaining and updating employee files
  • Producing, updating and maintaining accuracy of various HR spreadsheets and supporting the monthly Payroll requirements
  • Assisting with all employee requests ensuring efficiency and confidentiality
  • HR Administration such as filing, developing and implementing best practice HR business processes in to support and complement the new HR system
  • Implementation of HR data into new HR system, checking the accuracy of the data implementation with HR team and gain sign off.
  • Recruitment, Onboarding and Learning and Development administration.
  • Support a training plan for all users across the company with the HR team
  • Producing the agreed HR process workflows with the HR Director and ensuring the processes are highlighted with any anomalies to the HR Director
  • Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure financial interfaces are accurately implemented and managed on a monthly basis for HR payroll inputs
