Our leading financial services client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Skills:

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across the K2 Programme and other HR Change Programmes as required. This will include (for example) business users, technical teams, senior management, suppliers to ensure that any agreed / developed solutions meet agreed requirements and is in line with business design principles and business case (where relevant). Oracle HCM and Modules are highly desired
  • Process Mapping: Liaise with key stakeholders to map existing ('As-Is') processes where required and create proposed ('To-Be') versions, including risk & control considerations.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Liaise with key stakeholders (including the Programme Lead Business Analyst) to help capture business needs, creating and documenting detailed requirements in a format consistent with other HR Change Programmes, translating them into functional / non-functional items, while giving suitable consideration for testing and requirements traceability.
  • Documentation: create and maintain comprehensive Programme artefacts, including business requirements, process flows, user guides etc as required, with relevant version control applied to enable changes to be tracked, providing visibility / accessibility to Programme stakeholders and securing approval via relevant governance forums.
  • Teamwork / HR Change Programme Support: Work collaboratively with the K2 Programme Team and support the wider HR Change Team, as required, to help deliver timely solutions to meet business needs. This will include (for example) supporting the PMO team with planning activities and the effective ongoing identification / articulation / progression / challenge of any project related Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies (i.e RAID management).
