In the heart of Haringey an 'Outstanding' Secondary School are on the hunt for a Physics Teacher / Physics ECT for a September 2024 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract.
The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Physics Teacher / Physics ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding Physics Department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects (way above National Averages and Local Authority Averages!).
The school are invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school!
Experienced Physics Teachers can take on a TLR such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility and more. Newly Qualified Physics Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced Physics Teachers.

- MPS1-UPS3 - £36,571 - £56,135 + TLR (Size depending on experience)
- Located in the Borough of Haringey
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining (Soon to be ECT1's)
- Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
- Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
- You must be able to work as part of a large team of Physics Teachers
- Must be willing to listen to feedback
