Hooray are delighted to be supporting a leading professional services organisation in the recruitment for a Complaints Admin to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis for 3 months.

As a Complaints Admin, you will:
- Provide support to the Complaints Advisors
- Identify and collate data required for the investigation of complaints
- Provide timely and suitable updates to clients
- Log complaints onto the system
- Manage the complaints inbox
To be a successful as a Complaints Admin, you will:
- Be computer literate and able to use a variety of systems
- Have basic data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Be confident in using excel
- Be adaptable in your approach and able to manage a large caseload
- Confident in liaising with a range of people
In return, my client is offering a salary of £12.00ph. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position for 3 months.
