Davies is currently working with a Financial Services business on a new pilot, and they require support in the form of Business Analysts with expertise in Customer Outreach.
Key Details:
- 6 Month initial contract
- up to £400 per day, Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in office in Glasgow
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage key workstreams and operational processes to ensure smooth project execution.
- Leverage customer outreach experience to plan mailroom processes.
- Develop and deliver insightful Management Information (MI) reports on Excel, providing critical updates and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various business areas.
