Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 curricula.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning environments and student needs.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and learning.
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with permanent staff to support student progress.
  • Manage classroom resources and student behaviour effectively.
  • Continuously assess and respond to student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE certification.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curricula.
  • Excellent adaptability to cater to the varying needs of students and schools.
  • A creative and visionary approach to teaching, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
