Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 curricula.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning environments and student needs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and learning.
- Provide feedback and collaborate with permanent staff to support student progress.
- Manage classroom resources and student behaviour effectively.
- Continuously assess and respond to student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE certification.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curricula.
- Excellent adaptability to cater to the varying needs of students and schools.
- A creative and visionary approach to teaching, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
