Key Duties entail
Headhunting talent using various technologies and boolean search terms
Curating profiles to represent IT candidates for permanent positions
Interviewing candidates and shortlisting
Discussing candidate profiles with clients
Preparing candidates for interview & providing interview instructions
Developing existing and new client relationships
The ideal candidate will have gained IT / technology recruitment experience for permanent hires.
