Trinity House Group is working exclusively with a large, high growth PE backed business to recruit an experienced Interim Commercial Finance Strategic Lead to provide crucial financial leadership. The role will focus on identifying new market opportunities globally, integrating acquisitions, and enhancing financial reporting and planning capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, PE (Private Equity) reporting, and strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in driving expansion into new markets, ensuring seamless integration of new business units, and optimising our P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & Expansion: Lead financial planning and analysis for new market entry and business expansion initiatives. Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Financial Modelling: Build and refine complex financial models to forecast company performance, evaluate new business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Private Equity Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis for Private Equity stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
- Integration Management: Oversee financial integration of acquisitions, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategic goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and systems.
- P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet Management: Monitor and analyse the company's financial statements, including the P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to provide financial guidance and support business operations.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support various business initiatives and special projects.
