Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our exclusive client based on the outskirts of Harrietsham, who is actively looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for a ongoing temporary position. The ideal Accounts Assistant would need to be able to show experience with the following duties:
Accounts Assistant Duties:
- Matching, batching and coding sales ledger invoices
- Matching, batching and coding purchase ledger invoices
- Reconcile customers accounts and allocate incoming payments
- Updating customer accounts
- Photocopy and file all accounts information
- Upload invoices to customer accounts
