Digital Sales Account Manager

Our client is an independent, family-run marketing agency, who over the past decade has flourished in the online marketplace.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Sales Manager to join their busy team

YOU WILL NEED TO BE OFFICE BASED IN WESTBURY 2-3 DAYS A WEEK

  • Previous experience working in a Digital Sales and/or Digital Account Manager role within a marketing/digital agency environment.
  • A strong understanding of Websites, SEO, and PPC.
  • Proven ability to qualify and sell websites from incoming leads.
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills: being a team player within a small agency is crucial.
  • Ability to sell, coordinate, and participate in new business campaigns.
  • Confident, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Skilled at managing relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship-building skills, and project delivery skills including planning, optimisation, budgeting, presenting, reporting, and data analysis.

The Role:

The Digital Sales Account Manager will work alongside a dedicated Project Manager and an existing team of Account Managers. You will be responsible for the qualification of new leads as well as overseeing key client relationships. By developing a deep understanding of your client's objectives, you will liaise with talented teams within to ensure both client and team satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee a variety of digital campaigns and services for existing clients, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

You will manage a range of digital marketing projects and campaigns, including websites, SEO, and PPC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage current client's digital marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Qualify and sell websites from incoming leads.
  • Complete project briefs for the project team.
  • Work closely with Project Management.
  • Develop and build relationships with existing clients.
  • Recommend new ideas and deliver progress reports.
  • Retain and grow the existing client base.

Salary:

  • £30 - £40k (dependent on experience) plus an uncapped commission structure, earning a percentage of every sale made.
