Service Manager - Mental Health Rehabilitation Service
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Service Manager for a mental health rehabilitation service in Halifax. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all Care Quality Commission (CQC) and statutory regulations.
- Uphold high clinical governance standards to maintain resident safety.
- Support the Registered Manager in maintaining a strong market reputation through local networking and contractual meetings.
- Maximise bed occupancy by proactively engaging with commissioners and external stakeholders.
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of current mental health and social care legislation.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
