Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Inside Sales Team Leader to lead a thriving sales team. This pivotal role will involve motivating and inspiring a diverse team of inside sales professionals while actively driving sales within the UK, Ireland, and BeNeLux regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering regular feedback and guidance.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective action plans.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction

  • Achieve revenue sales targets as outlined in quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Implement agreed sales processes to build strong customer relationships and drive growth across allocated channels.
  • Resolve customer issues, improve profitability, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address any challenges and maintain positive customer relationships.

Sales Delivery

  • Work effectively with the planned sales process and coordinate across sales and training teams.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop weekly and monthly sales activity plans.
  • Monitor customer performance and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Share industry insights and competitive information with the team to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conventions, and training seminars as required.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to create focused lists of opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Higher education qualification in business areas such as management, marketing, or economics.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Minimum of 2-years successful outside sales experience either with retail or B2B, preferably with Medical Devices or minimum of 5 years successful sales performance in telephone sales or significant customer service experience in the audiology sector.
  • Strong computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM (preferably Salesforce), and ERP (preferably D365 or Navision).
  • Proven ability to learn new technical knowledge quickly.
  • Structured in analysis, planning, working methodology, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in follow-up with customers and absolute accountability for delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential (both written and verbal). Dutch or French preferred but not essential.

Location and Travel

This role is predominantly office-based in Bicester**,** with some scope for hybrid (office/home) working arrangements. Travel will be required for training, team building, and sales/customer events in the UK, Ireland, and Benelux.
