Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £25,000 OTE £30,000+
Hours: Mon-9am-5am, and Tue, Weds, Thurs, Friday 9:30am-5:30am
Weekend Hours: Every third Saturday 10-2pm (working from home)

An extremely successfull, repuatable and leading estate agent is looking for a Superstar. Not someone who simply has experience doing this role, but a hungry, driven personality with the desire for greatness and to grow their career. This role would be 2% office based, and 98% based on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the entire lettings process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Stay updated with local rental market trends and provide insights to clients.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to property lettings.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a lettings role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
